BluAcres, LLC was founded in November 2007 by Christopher R. Clouser as an opportunity to provide agencies that had a strong natural resource vision with the technical services needed to design, implement, and maintain high quality wetland, stream, and wildlife habitat to serve their agencies directives. Since 1994 Mr. Clouser has continually worked with his unique combination of Biology and Engineering skills to design, implement, and maintain wetlands, streams, and wildlife habitat with the USDA – Natural Resources Conservation Service, County Conservation Districts, the US Fish and Wildlife Service, and numerous state wildlife and regulatory agencies and for-profit and non-profit conservation agencies in Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware, Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey, North Carolina, Georgia and Alabama.
